I, Jefferey J. Reese, am only the designer of the images on the products that are custom-printed by third party merchandise producers. All sales issues for purchases should be resolved through Zazzle. I have ordered most of the products available myself (one of each type), to test product quality and the only issue I have had is with the Driver's Penalty Cards not being printed upside-down the way I designed it. Zazzle was very responsive and sent me corrected cards at no additional cost.
